Featuring a modified liner-lock with a Nitrous Assisted opening mechanism, the Nitrous Stryker by Benchmade is a ready-to-fire spring-assisted pocket knife with tons of personality and dependability. With ambidextrous thumb studs for easy deployment, the blade on this guy flies out quickly with a simple flick of either stud, and closes up smoothly due to its liner lock-up. This guy does not come with a manual safety-switch to lock your blade closed.

Besides its operating mechanism, the Nitrous Stryker is known for its aggressive and useful tanto edged blade. This gives you tons of slicing capabilities with a pointy tip for piercing and scoring. This 912SBKD2 model has partial serrations, furthering the knife’s versatility. Made with CPM-D2 tool steel, this guy is ready for the toughest of tasks you may throw at it throughout the day.

The handle on this Nitrous Stryker comes equipped with titanium liners, making it durable and lightweight. Covered up with heavily textured black G-10 handle scales, you’ve got ample grip during use. With jimping in all the right places, and perfected contouring, this guy just feels great in-hand. It comes equipped with a black tip-down pocket clip for easy EDC.

Condition-wise, this guy is definitely pre-owned and a bit used. However, I ran the paper test and the edge is still extremely sharp. I can’t honestly tell if the knife has been sharpened or if it has its original factory edge, and just isn’t quite as perfect as Benchmades factory edges nowadays. Overall, for it’s age, the blade looks fairly pristine. The handle scales have a bit of build-up within the texturing, but no obvious nicks or scratches. The pocket clip definitely has seen better days, but really only has a few small scratches here and there. In my opinion, the previous owner likely carried this knife here and there and used it very sparingly. It comes with its original box, which is in medium shape, good considering its age.
