Designed by the amazing brain of Ben Petersen, the Baby Banter from Civivi is of course the shrunken down younger brother of the full sized – and beloved – Banter. Ben is known for his impeccable and thoughtful designs in his knives that make them all great choices for everyday carry and all-day use. The Baby Banter is certainly no exception. From its enlarged finger choil, to jimping in all the necessary spots, to its reversible tip-up pocket clip and lanyard hole, the Baby Banter was made for us who plan to carry and use our knives throughout the day.

This model of the Baby Banter, C19068S-3, comes with a black stonewashed Nitro-V stainless steel blade, in a useful drop point style. The G-10 handle scales are dyed blue, while the pocket clip and all hardware are black to match the blade.

It appears that this specific Baby Banter knife that we have in stock was carried and very sparingly used. The handle scales have a bit of weathering to them, with a bit of fading towards the middle of the face-side scale. Other than that, there aren’t any nicks or other blemishes on the handle, and the pocket clip looks just about pristine. The blade looks like it may have been used here and there, as the edge isn’t absolutely perfect, but a paper test reveals that it is still very sharp. The action is smooth and feels just like a Ben Banters knife always does right out of the box. Speaking of box, this knife comes with all of its original packaging including zip pouch and cardboard Civivi box.
